Peace Pilgrimage to the Holy Land

From July 11-25, a group of thirteen peace pilgrims, including Fathers Bob Holmes, CSB and Maurice Restivo, CSB; and Basilian scholastics, Oscar Carbajal García, CSB and Steven Huber, CSB traveled around the Holy Land as a part of the Basilian Centre for Peace and Justice Peace Pilgrimage. The pilgrimage included tours through Jerusalem, Galilee, and Palestine, where in addition to stops at each of the cities’ holy sites, the pilgrims learned of the work of Beatitude people who are non-violently pursuing peace in the conflicted zone.
