St. Michael’s College School

St. Michael’s College School is an independent Catholic high school for boys in Toronto, Ontario. At the invitation of the Archbishop of Toronto, the Basilians came from France to assist with the city’s largely Irish Catholic community. In 1852, they opened St. Michael’s College, which offered—in the French style—a combination of high school and university education.
