Toronto Hosts the 2025 BNENE Conference
July 18, 2025

The Basilian Network for Education and the New Evangelization (BNENE) recently held a successful conference at St. Michael’s College School in Toronto. Educators and staff from four Basilian high schools—St. Michael’s College School (Toronto), St. Thomas High School (Houston), Detroit Catholic Central High School (Novi), and The Aquinas Institute (Rochester)—came together for a time of reflection, collaboration, and professional growth.
The conference provided a valuable opportunity for participants to deepen their understanding of the Basilian charism and strengthen their shared mission of teaching goodness, discipline, and knowledge. Through engaging presentations and meaningful discussion, attendees explored new ways to bring faith and excellence into the classroom and school community.
The spirit of fellowship and commitment was evident throughout the gathering, which affirmed the importance of Catholic education and the enduring legacy of Basilian values in today’s world.
