Fr. Leo Walsh, CSB Awarded Assumption University’s Fr. Eugene Carlisle LeBel, CSB Award

Congratulations to Father Leo Walsh, CSB who received the Fr. Eugene Carlisle LeBel, CSB Award in recognition for his outstanding service to Assumption University in Windsor, Ontario. He currently serves as Assumption University’s academic vice-president and chair of the Canadian Catholic Bioethics Institute at Assumption University. He was named the recipient of the award last year on the occasion of his 60th anniversary to the priesthood on June 29, 2020. Due to the pandemic, he was presented with a plaque in recognition of this award a year later on June 29, 2021 at Assumption Church. The LeBel Award is presented at the discretion of the principal and given to individuals who have rendered outstanding service to Assumption University and the Church.
