During his 40-year career at Aquinas Institute (1952–1992), Rochester, New York, Fr. Peter Etlinger CSB (1918-2012, ordained 1947) became regarded as the quintessential ‘high school man.’ He began teaching right after his B.A., never stopping. Even while studying theology, he could be found at St. Michael's College School, teaching while learning. Known for his love of baseball and his approachable personality, he helped countless students identify careers that aligned with their talents.

Throughout his life Fr. Claude Arnold, CSB (1929 – 2018, ordained 1958) was fascinated by music. His catalogue of acoustical orchestral recordings, the fruit of over forty years of collection and research, received the Award for Excellence from the Association for Recorded Sound Collections in 1998. Upon completion of that book Claude donated the collection to the Department of Music at the University of Toronto.
